The only customisable mobile phone for children without camera access
Choosing a teenager’s first mobile phone shouldn’t mean giving them access to everything a conventional smartphone has to offer. Parents are increasingly looking for an alternative that allows them to stay in touch, whilst minimising the distractions and risks associated with excessive use of technology.
FocusPhone is a customisable mobile phone for children or teenagers, designed to let each family decide which apps and features they really need. WhatsApp, maps, music or any other essential tools can be pre-configured, whilst social media, games and other distracting apps are kept out.
One of its standout features is that it can be set up without a camera app – an option that is particularly appealing to families who want to further limit the functions available on their children’s first mobile phone. In this way, the phone becomes a tool for communication and independence, rather than a device designed for constant content consumption.

In addition, the children’s mode includes PIN protection, pre-selected apps and web content filtering, although it can also be ordered without a browser. Parents retain control over sensitive functions without having to constantly adjust the phone’s settings.
Customisation is precisely the key: not all children or teens need the same smartphone. FocusPhone allows the device to be tailored to each age and situation, offering only what the child needs to communicate and function with greater independence.
At Focus Wave, we believe that a child’s first mobile phone does not have to open the door to the whole of the internet. It can simply be a secure, personalised mobile phone designed to grow with each family.
