If you want several cases of different colors, you can buy as many as you want, even if they are all the same color, and email us the colors you prefer.

Can my child bypass parental controls?
Under normal conditions, no.
The system is configured so that, without the parental PIN, it is not possible to access critical settings or modify the device's behavior. Furthermore, the applied restrictions make it difficult to evade them from the phone itself.
As with any device, there are always advanced technical ways to manipulate it (for example, through a complete reset or interventions from a computer), but these require high technical knowledge, prolonged physical access, and knowledge of the parental PIN.
In practice, as long as the PIN is kept secure, control is solid for daily use. But it is very important that the PIN app is configured before giving the phone to the end-user.
How do I block inappropriate websites?
At FocusWave, we have a customized DNS security service that automatically blocks access to certain types of websites, such as:

It takes us around 2–4 days to manufacture the FocusPhone and hand it over to the courier.

It should be noted that FocusWave is not responsible for damages or problems arising from misuse or improper handling of the device.
Regarding returns, there is a 14-day cooling-off period for standard products.
However, as the FocusPhone is a highly customized device, returns of the phone cannot be accepted once it has been configured.
It is possible to return accessories such as cases or headphones within the corresponding period.
